Quantum People Become Solemates with Jabra

Quantum was tasked with this latest project as Jabra has developed a new range of audio music headphones and speakers, beyond its core business in Bluetooth, especially within the consumer solutions business and thus wanted to further strengthen its management team to support this new market segment.

Quantum, a leading global executive recruitment and management consultancy with specialist expertise in the consumer electronics market, has successfully spearheaded a European Senior Management recruitment process at Jabra, a world leader in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of a broad range of hands-free communications solutions.

Quantum was tasked with this latest project as Jabra has developed a new range of audio music headphones and speakers, beyond its core business in Bluetooth, especially within the consumer solutions business and thus wanted to further strengthen its management team to support this new market segment. This has culminated in the successful appointment of four senior managers.

The management team has now been bolstered by the identification and selection by Quantum of Craig Nicholas as Marketing Director EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Consumer Solutions, Martijn Van Den Hout as Sales Director for Western Europe and Sharene Jones as UK Retail Account Manager, along with Antony Adouane as Country Manager for France.

Prior to joining Jabra, Craig Nicholas was EMEA Marketing Director for Motorola Mobile & Companion products. Bringing with him a wealth of experience in Bluetooth and Accessories he will be responsible for building the Jabra brand and driving sell out of products throughout EMEA.

Sharene’s previous role as European Business Manager, Audio – Dixons Travel means she brings strong knowledge and expertise to support Jabra’s expansion into the audio music channel, in her role as UK Retail Account Manager.

Martijn Van den Hout joins from Tech/Data Mobile where he was Head of Accessories, prior to that he was Head of EMEA in Iqua, a Finnish manufacturer of Bluetooth Headsets for three years. In his new role at Jabra, Martijn is responsible for the sales teams in the UK, France and Italy and for strengthening the Jabra brand and market share in these key countries

Antony Adouane worked for ComTrade, a French distributor of earphones and headphones as retail channel manager in France and so is ideally placed in his new role as Country Manager for France.
